Your business is ready for AI. We’ll show you where.

Including the work you didn’t know AI could do: phone calls, inboxes, paperwork, follow-ups. We find the jobs your team still does by hand, then build the systems that take them over — with AI where it genuinely helps, and plain, solid software where it doesn’t.

Free, with no obligation: a 30–45 minute conversation and a short written plan.

Where the week goes

Yellow marks the part we take off your hands.

Which of these happen at your business?

Every business runs differently, and finding out how is what our first conversation is for. But these are the jobs we keep finding: work that lands on a person because it always has.

Examples only. Your list will look different.

Tick the jobs that sound familiar

Tick any that sound familiar.

Whatever is on your list, none of it is the business. It’s the paperwork the business drags behind it.

What we build

Five ways we take work off your plate. The first four put AI to work on jobs like the ones above. The fifth is custom software, for when AI isn’t the answer.

Phone calls & bookings

A voice agent answers the phone and holds a real conversation. It takes the booking, qualifies the caller, follows up afterwards, and writes the result straight into the system you already use. It works at 7am, at the lunch rush, and on the fourth call at once.

Takes care of

  • Answering the phone and taking bookings
  • Re-typing bookings into the schedule

Inbox & customer questions

Support and inbox automation reads what comes in, answers what it can in your words, and routes what it shouldn’t touch to a person — with the context already attached. The inbox stops being the first hour of the day.

Takes care of

  • Working through the inbox and writing replies

Paperwork & data entry

Document and data extraction pulls the numbers off invoices, forms, PDFs and scans, checks them against what they should be, and files them where they belong. No re-keying, and no quiet typing errors that turn up six months later.

Takes care of

  • Keying invoice totals into the books

Connecting your tools

Workflow automation connects the tools you already run on — scheduling, CRM, accounting, spreadsheets — so a job moves between them without a person carrying it. The follow-up happens because the system does it, not because someone remembered.

Takes care of

  • Chasing quotes that went quiet
  • Copying job details between systems

Software that fits your business

Not everything needs AI. Sometimes the best path is custom software: replacing old or overpriced systems you’ve outgrown, or moving off paper and spreadsheets for the first time. We build it end to end, and use AI wherever it genuinely earns its place.

Takes care of

  • Old or costly software you’ve outgrown
  • Paper, spreadsheets and manual records
  • Work that doesn’t fit the categories above

How it works

Three steps, always in this order.

  1. Discovery

We map how the work actually happens today — question by question, with no assumptions — before any code is written. You get the questions in writing, and the price in writing, before you commit.

  2. Build

We build the smallest thing that removes the work, put it in front of the people who actually do that job, and correct it against what they tell us. Working software beats a roadmap.

  3. Handover

You get the system, the documentation, and a plain explanation of what it does and where it stops. It keeps running whether or not we’re in the room.

Why work with us

We start from your process, not from the technology. What gets built is whatever removes the work — sometimes that’s an AI system, sometimes it’s three lines of plumbing between two tools you already pay for.

AI is our core skill, and we both advise and build. That means the people telling you what to do are the people who have to make it work.

What we won’t do

  • Sell you a chatbot because chatbots are what people are buying this year.
  • Quote a build before discovery. A number before the questions is a guess with a decimal point.
  • Hand you something you can’t run without us on retainer.
